Privacy notice

Last updated · June 2026

This site is a one-page studio profile. It collects as little as possible, sets no advertising cookies, and never sells data. This notice explains what is collected, why, and your rights under the EU/UK GDPR.

Who is responsible

The activity behind Tenore & Co. is carried by Wilfried Gibily as an entrepreneur-salarié within Créalead, a French cooperative of activity and employment (coopérative d'activité et d'entrepreneurs) based in Montpellier, which is the legal and contractual host of the activity. Créalead is the data controller for invoicing and contractual records; Wilfried Gibily is the operational contact for this site.

SIRET 438 076 200 000 23 · RCS Montpellier 438 076 200 · TVA intracommunautaire FR56 438 076 200. Contact : contact@crealead.com.

What is collected

  • Contact form — your email address and, optionally, a short message. Only what you type.
  • Audience measurement — Vercel Web Analytics, privacy-friendly, cookieless and aggregate (page views and referrers only; no personal profiling, no cross-site tracking, no advertising).
  • Server logs — the hosting and CDN providers process technical data (IP, user-agent) transiently for security and delivery.

This site sets no cookies.

Why, and on what legal basis

Your contact details are used solely to reply to you. Legal basis: your consent (the box you tick on the form) and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries. Security logging rests on the legitimate interest of keeping the site available and safe.

Who processes the data (sub-processors)

  • Vercel Inc. (USA) — website hosting.
  • Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) — DNS, CDN, and security.
  • HubSpot, Inc. (USA) — receives and stores contact-form submissions so the enquiry can be answered and tracked.

Where a provider is outside the EU/EEA, transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards (EU Standard Contractual Clauses and/or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework).

How long it is kept

Enquiry data is kept only as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting conversation, then deleted. You can ask for deletion at any time.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, and object to the processing of your personal data. To exercise any of these, use the contact form or write to the address in the legal notice. You may also lodge a complaint with the French supervisory authority, the CNIL (or your local EU authority).

No automated decisions

No automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal effects is performed.

This notice may be updated; the date above reflects the latest version.
